有見及此，《香港01》於 2026 年 5 月 15 日舉辦了人工智能升級轉型交流日，促進業界交流實戰經驗，協助企業把握 AI 發展機遇，加速轉型步伐。SHOPLINE 香港區總經理簡家樂（Vincent）於個人專題演講中講述「從 AI 工具到代理式商務：重塑 AI 零售新版圖」，分享邁向「AI 自主」的實戰洞察。透過三個階段，讓商家能夠實現「零門檻功能創作」及「對話式自主營運」，帶領中小企打破單一工具的限制，真正「將 AI 落地」。
此外，Vincent 於研討會「實戰轉型深度解構：行業領袖的 AI 轉型之旅」中分享，透過將 AI 融入完整的營運流程，中小企無需額外技術資源或複雜整合，也能逐步建立數據驅動的經營模式。

《HK01》 AI Transformation Solution Day 2026
As AI rapidly becomes a defining market trend and sees widespread adoption, businesses are increasingly leveraging it to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. However, many enterprises still face challenges in advancing AI transformation due to cost pressures, talent shortages, and gaps in strategy and information.
HK01 hosted the AI Transformation Solution Day on May 15, 2026, fostering industry dialogue and sharing practical insights to help businesses seize AI opportunities and accelerate their transformation journey. Vincent Kan, General Manager of SHOPLINE Hong Kong, delivered a keynote titled “From AI Tools to Agentic Commerce: Redefining the AI Retail Landscape” (「從 AI 工具到代理式商務：重塑 AI 零售新版圖」), where he shared practical perspectives on progressing towards “AI-Driven Autonomy”. Through a three-stage approach, he demonstrated how merchants can achieve “zero-barrier function creation” and “conversational autonomous operations,” enabling SMEs to move beyond fragmented tools and truly operationalize AI.
In addition, during the panel discussion “Deep Dive into Transformation in Practice: AI Journeys of Industry Leaders” (「實戰轉型深度解構：行業領袖的 AI 轉型之旅」), Vincent highlighted that by embedding AI into end-to-end operational workflows, SMEs can gradually build a data-driven business model without requiring additional technical resources or complex system integration.
