AI 人工智能幫助企業改善營運效率，保持業務的競爭力，但企業往往在營運成本、人才、制定AI策略、欠缺資訊等方面面對困難，未能開展AI升級轉型。有見及此，《香港01》於 5 月 7 日舉辦了人工智能升級轉型交流日。作為參展商及演講者，SHOPLINE 香港區副總經理簡家樂（Vincent）於研討會「中小企轉型之路的實踐與挑戰」中分享了幫助中小企在數位轉型方面的具體措施和成功經驗，並指導中小企業在未來的市場競爭中，應如何有效利用數位化和AI技術來提升韌性和競爭力。
此外，Vincent 於個人演講環節中講述「零售業數碼轉型：從開網店到 AI 應用」，分享了中小企可以如何善用電商平台的工具，由開網店到管理網店，甚至應用平台的AI功能，幫助提升營運效率及增加生意。

《HK01》AI Transformation Solution Day
AI Artificial Intelligence helps companies improve operational efficiency and maintain business competitiveness. However, businesses often face difficulties in areas such as operating costs, talents, formulating AI strategies and the lack of information, making it more challenging to embark on AI upgrades and transformation. In light of this, HK01 held an AI Transformation Solution Day on the 7th of May. As an exhibitor and speaker, Deputy General Manager of SHOPLINE Hong Kong, Vincent Kan shared on specific measures and successful experiences on how to help SME perform digital transformation in the seminar — The Practice and Challenges of SME Transformation (「中小企轉型之路的實踐與挑戰」), while guiding SMEs on how to utilize digitalization and AI technology effectively to enhance resilience and competitiveness in future market competitions.
In addition, in his individual presentation, Vincent talked about “Digital Transformation in the Retail Industry: From Opening an Online Store to AI Applications” (「零售業數碼轉型：從開網店到 AI 應用」), sharing how SMEs can make good use of e-commerce platform tools, from opening to managing online stores, and even applying the platform’s AI functions, to help improve operational efficiency and increase business opportunities.
